Dr. Chirinjeev Kathuria, M.D., M.B.A., Chairman

Dr. Chirinjeev Kathuria, M.D.,M.B.A. has measurable success in building businesses that impact world economies and shift business models. Chirinjeev has co-founded and helped build many businesses that have generated considerable shareholder wealth. Chirinjeev and affiliated companies have been featured in many TV shows and media publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, The Economist, New York Times Magazine, Chicago Sun-Times, CNN, The Today Show, BBC, etc. Chirinjeev and his family have been in the wireless industry for fourteen years, leading the forefront in telecommunications.

Quentin W. Butts, Vice Chairman & CEO

Quentin is a former Lucent Technologies Senior Executive with over twenty years of experience in the technology & telecommunications industries. Quentin's roles have included, executive positions in U.S. and international sales & marketing, manufacturing, R&D, operations and engineering for Lucent Technologies, Bell Laboratories, AT&T and Western Electric. Quentin built Lucent's U.S. and international sales, marketing, manufacturing and operations organizations focused on the wireline / wireless telecommunications "Services Provider", ISP and ASP markets.

Quentin holds a BBA from Howard University, a Masters Certification from Stevens Institute of Technology and a MBA from Kellogg Executive MBA Program, Northwestern University.

Inderjote (Bobby) Kathuria, M.D., M.B.A., President

Bobby has worked alongside Chirinjeev for over 14 years. He is actively involved, across all levels, in the family business, Kathuria Holdings. Over the past decade Bobby has brought his extensive operational and strategic expertise to the family's various companies. He has worked very closely with his brother, Chirinjeev, in family ventures.

Bobby’s expertise also spans the medical and research arena. He is a licensed internal medicine physician in the State of Illinois and has worked with several of the top HMOs examining their finances and evaluating their managed care networks. In the academic arena, Dr. Kathuria has been and continues to be a guest lecturer and presenter for numerous classes at the Northwestern Kellogg Graduate School of Management and at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Chicago. These classes include: strategy, marketing, and entrepreneurial.

Bobby holds a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He also holds a Master's in Business (M.B.A.) from the University of Chicago.

Anna George, Chief Financial Officer

Anna brings a valuable knowledge to Vimani. Her sharp instincts have led her to the position of one of the financial industries top bankers. Anna has been instrumental in multiple deals that have impacted industry and governments. Anna has over thirteen years of experience in Finance. Before joining Vimani, Anna was a Partner and Founder at Kensington, an investment banking boutique focusing on telecommunications. Prior to this, Anna was at Merrill Lynch Global Debt Finance Group and Bankers Trust.
Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wellesley College and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

Tunde A. Onitiri, PhD, Chief Technical Officer
Tunde brings over 24 years of experience in Telecom, computing platform and consulting to Vimani Wireless, Inc. He is the founder and Managing Partner of Astir Strategic Consulting and eSpecial, Inc. He is responsible for business development, and consults on large and complex multi-vendor network management and business portals for telecom business. He has been involved in major Telecom projects in Europe, Middle East, North America, and Asia/Pacific. Examples of his engagements included an integrated OSS/BSS solution architecture for a CDMA network; Telecom billing for GSM network, Data Center operations for wireless service provider; and authored a Product Profile Analysis Report for Interconnect Accounting Systems with Focus on Europe, and several articles in the telecom OSS/BSS arena.

Before establishing his own companies, Tunde was with Lucent Technologies Bell Laboratories and AT&T Network Systems for 17 years where he was involved in applied research, R&D, Product Management, Systems Integration, and Network Management.

Tunde holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Western Michigan University, and M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees from Lehigh University, and a Certification from The Leadership Institute of Boston University School of Management.

Muhammad Rabi, PhD; Vice President and Chief Architect

Muhammad is on the forefront of wireless technologies were he researched and implemented security for WLANs. He is a leader in application software development and architecture design for wireless local area networks. He has lead the development and deployment of many wireless products and networks specializing in 802.11 technology and wireless local area networks. Muhammad joined Vimani with extensive software development and technical leadership experience, most recently serving as Chief Architect at a company providing health-care information and research via the Web.

Muhammad has a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the American University and a Doctorate in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.
